How many guests can Beachfront Haven accommodate?
Beachfront Haven sleeps up to 4 guests — a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
Is Beachfront Haven dog-friendly?
Yes — 1 pet up to 30 pounds is allowed, subject to approval and association restrictions.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes — a 7-night minimum applies to all reservations, and the primary renter must be 25 or older.
What time are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Checkout is before 10:00 AM. Entry is keyless, and your access code is emailed 5 days before arrival.
Is there a washer and dryer in the condo?
There is no in-unit washer/dryer. A coin-operated laundry room is just outside the lobby, and the office keeps quarters on hand if needed. Guests can also use the app shown on the machines.
Is beach gear included?
Yes — two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided.
