Beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels are included, so getting to the sand is simple and low-effort. For a change of pace, the area also supports kayaking, paddleboarding, dolphin cruises, fishing charters, sunset sails, and easy outings on the Gulf.
The easiest beach days are the ones that start with the condo, a little gear, and no rush. When you want a little more adventure, the south end of the island gives you quick access to nature areas, marinas, waterfront dining, and wildlife viewing without a big drive.
Near the South End
The south end of Fort Myers Beach is where the island feels most relaxed. It keeps beach days easy while adding a few simple options for coffee, lunch, a nature outing, or a scenic drive toward Lovers Key.

This is a practical stop for coffee, lunch, and quick errands close to the condo. Current dining options include Bad Ass Coffee, Legno Italian Kitchen, and South Beach Grille.
Big Carlos Pass Bridge
South-end access point
The new bridge opened in June 2026 with a sidewalk and bicycle lanes. It gives guests a scenic route toward Lovers Key and easy elevated views across Big Carlos Pass.
Lovers Key State Park

This is one of the best nearby escapes for a nature day. Guests can kayak, explore trails, picnic, or watch for dolphins, manatees, and shorebirds without leaving the island’s quieter side.
