Arrival Planning
Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and this unit uses keyless entry. Your access code is emailed 5 days before arrival, so you can head straight to the condo at check-in time. See the Guest Guide for the full arrival sequence.
Parking Rates & Registration
Per association rules, all guests must sign in at the onsite Estero Beach & Tennis Club office upon arrival to complete registration forms and receive a parking pass. The office is in the B building.
Per the Town of Fort Myers Beach's official parking page, parking at town-managed spaces and beach-access points is $5 per hour plus a $0.25 service fee per transaction, enforced 9 AM–9 PM daily, including holidays. There's no 2-hour limit — sessions are flexible within your paid time. Pay via the Passport Parking app/website, by texting "PARK" to 30844, or by calling (239) 420-9496. Valid handicap placard holders park free in designated spaces.

Direct Beach Access at Beachfront Haven

Island Trolley
LeeTran's Fort Myers Beach trolley runs two routes: Route 410 between Bowditch Point Park and Lovers Key State Park, and Route 490 between the Beach Park & Ride and Crescent Beach. Trolleys run daily, roughly 6:30 AM–9:25 PM. Fare is 75¢ per ride, $2 for an all-day pass, or $4 for a 3-day pass (35¢ discounted fare for seniors 65+, people with disabilities, and students; children 6 and under ride free). Drivers can't make change, so bring exact fare, or pay through the LeeFare app. Stops are marked with "Trolley" signs and benches along San Carlos Blvd. and Estero Blvd.
Verified 2026-08-28 against the Town's public transportation page and the Chamber's trolley info page — schedules and fares can change, so confirm before relying on it. A separate free seasonal tram is suspended until November 2026.
Airport & Transportation
Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers is the closest major airport. Plan on roughly 40–50 minutes by car to the condo, longer during peak-season traffic on the island. A rental car is the easiest way to arrive and get around; rideshare and taxis also serve RSW.
