The 517-square-foot condo is located on the first floor. There are no stairs between the condo, beach, pool, or parking area.

That means less work when carrying kids, groceries, beach chairs, or a stroller. Because everything is close, returning for snacks, bathroom breaks, or forgotten sunscreen is quick and easy.

Sleeping Setup

The private bedroom has one king bed. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa.

The condo sleeps up to four guests total and works best for two adults and one or two children.

Explore Lovers Key State Park

Lovers Key State Park is just south of Fort Myers Beach. Families can explore the beach, look for shells, walk nature trails, watch birds, and enjoy a picnic.

The park’s Welcome and Discovery Center has exhibits about local wildlife and coastal habitats. Its hours are limited, so check the current schedule before visiting.

Mound House is a family-friendly museum built on an ancient Calusa shell mound. Children can learn about the island’s history, the Calusa people, local wildlife, and Estero Bay.
