Welcome to Beachfront Haven. By using our website or booking a stay, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or book with us.

1. The Property

Beachfront Haven is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 517 sq ft condo located at 7360 Estero Blvd #106c, Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931, operating under Fort Myers Beach short-term rental permit 19-0339. The unit sleeps up to 4 guests.

2. Reservations & Minimum Stay

  • A 7-night minimum stay applies to all reservations.
  • The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.
  • Availability requests submitted through our website are inquiries, not confirmed bookings, until we confirm dates and pricing in writing.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Keyless entry codes are sent 5 days before arrival.
  • Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
  • Guests must register at the onsite office for a parking pass upon arrival.

4. Payment & Cancellations

  • Pricing, any security deposit, and payment schedule will be confirmed in writing before your reservation is finalized.
  • Cancellation and refund terms will be provided at the time of booking and are also available on request from Shore To Please Vacation Rentals.

5. Occupancy & Conduct

  • Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
  • No smoking and no events or parties are permitted at the property.
  • Guests are expected to follow all posted community and association rules.

6. Pets

One small dog under 30 lb may be allowed, subject to approval and association restrictions. Confirm before booking if you're traveling with a pet.

7. Property Access & Damage

Guests agree to treat the condo and community grounds with care. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear during a stay may be charged against the security deposit, if applicable, or billed separately.

8. Liability

Beachfront Haven and Shore To Please Vacation Rentals are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from guest use of the property, pool, beach, or community amenities, except where required by law. Guests use the heated pool, beach access, tennis, and pickleball courts at their own risk.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. All content on this website — including text, graphics, and images — is the property of Beachfront Haven and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of FL, without regard to conflict of law principles.
