How many guests can Beachfront Haven accommodate?
Beachfront Haven sleeps up to 4 guests — a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
Is Beachfront Haven dog-friendly?
One small dog under 30 lb may be allowed, subject to approval and association restrictions. Confirm before booking if you're traveling with a pet.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes — a 7-night minimum applies to all reservations, and the primary renter must be 25 or older.
What time are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Checkout is before 10:00 AM. Entry is keyless.
Is there a washer and dryer in the condo?
No in-unit washer/dryer. Coin/app-operated laundry is available near the lobby.
Is parking available?
A parking pass must be registered onsite on arrival.
Is beach gear included?
Yes — two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided.
Is there a pool?
Yes, a heated community pool is available to guests, in addition to direct beach access.
Is smoking allowed?
No — smoking is not permitted at the property.
Are parties or events allowed?
No — parties and events are not permitted at the property.
How does keyless entry work?
The unit uses keyless entry. Specific entry instructions are shared privately with confirmed guests ahead of arrival — they aren't published publicly for security reasons.
